I could not activate the license on my new PC. (Trados Studio 2019)
I chose offline activation, after entering the activation code, no installation ID is generated. The error message is: Required service not available: Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService.
Before this, I managed to disactivate the licence offline from my old PC. Online activation on my new PC did not work. The same problem happened when I wanted to reactivate on my old PC. I cannot work at all.
Could anyone help?

Trados Studio 2019 is not supported on Windows 11 - please try this workaround:
In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
Then try again offline activation.
