I was using Trados normally until last week. Today, I tried to open Trados and was asked for the product license. When I entered my activation code, the message "No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code" appeared. My deadline for submitting my current work is urgent. How can I resolve this quickly?
URGENT!!! Complementing: I checked my account, and it shows that one license is in use, although it is not, since it was not accepted to activate Trados. It seems the issue might be related to that.

Thanks for the reply. I already tried resetting the license, but it didn't work. The license is listed as in use. I think it's necessary to deactivate it offline, which users apparently can't do because it's impossible to obtain the deactivation certificate. Although the deactivation authorization appears in the account and is even sent by email (duplication!), it's useless without the certificate...
