I recently changed my computer's ID, and that may have caused the problem.

I tried to open Trados and was asked for the product license. When I entered the activation code, the message "No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code" appeared. I checked my account, and it shows that the license is in use, although it isn't, since it wasn't accepted to activate Trados. So, I think it's necessary to deactivate it offline so I can use it again. This is quite urgent, as I have a tight deadline for submitting my work. I tried offline deactivation, but I have no way to get the deactivation certificate to complete it.
