Error upgrading licence from 2022 to 2024

Question

Hello, I tried to upgrade our license from Trados Studio 2022 Professional (Network SN) to Trados Studio 2024 Professional (Network SN), but I keep getting an error message. 
 Can someone help me with this? Thank you very much.
