Error upgrading licence from 2022 to 2024

Hello,

I tried to upgrade our license from Trados Studio 2022 Professional (Network SN) to Trados Studio 2024 Professional (Network SN), but I keep getting an error message.

Error message in a red box stating 'OOS system has failed to Upgrade the Licenses due to Invalid Expiry Date. We have informed the same to Administrators and Order processing team to correct the licence Expiry Date.'

Can someone help me with this?
