I activated my Trados 2019 licence on my new laptop (after deactivating it on my previous laptop). I activated the licence when the laptop was in LAN mode. When I later tried to use it in WLAN mode, I was asked to activate the licence although it had already been activated on that same computer. I tried to solve the problem by deactivating the licence and activating it again, but it didn't work. Finally, I was no longer able to reset the licence because you're only allowed to do so 3 times in 12 months.
