I can't activate my Trados Studio 2021 in my laptop after having uninstalled and deactivated from my other computer

I have uninstalled and deactivated Trados 2021 Freelance to install and activate it on another computer. After much struggle, all I get is the following message:

An error has occurred

An email has been sent to the system support team to notify them of this error.

Can anyone help me?

P. S.: I should get help from Trados or RWS. I find it outrageous that software of Trados' level always gives problems when transferring it from one computer to another. It's not so strange that a translator travels and needs Trados on a laptop!
