Purchase of new monthly license fails - I need a working license and install today

Can someone from RWS contact me directly via forum messages so we can work out why all attempts so far today to purchase and use a license to your software have failed?

Here is the error message I got last time:

Thank you so much in advance for your help with this! I need a working license today so that I can do a short-term job for a new client. If I do not get a working and licensed install, I may lose the client.
