1. I would like to install my TradosStudio in English UI version not in other language, seems like it has been installed accroding to the OS language.
2. And I have a question, in trial version is Multiterm not included? I would like to watch it work before I decide to proceed to commercial version.

1. There is only one installer. You cannot install Trados in English per se. However, you can change the language by clicking on View - Change user interface language.
2. Multiterm is included in the 14 days that are free of charge with a Freelance subscription.
However, it seems you subscribed to Trados Go, which is the browser-based version of Trados. In this case there is no installer and no Multiterm included.
