You have a Trados Studio Professional 2024 Network license, please check these article, and make sure you have installed first License Server Manager:

Hi Anca,
The point is that I have already 2 licenses of Trados Studio from 2015 in our virtual srever and they show unavailable since last Tuesday. Can you help me to reset either of them?
On the other hand, Do I need to uninstall these Trados Studio licenses to install the new 2024 one?
