Deactivating Studio 2017 License Offline
- I have the Deactivation Code
- On RWS License page, there is no option to Deactivate the license. I only see Reset License.
- When trying to Reset License, I'm taken to RWS Gateway page
Upgrade License to Studio 2024
- When attempting to upgrade the license, the message says the In Use licenses need to be freed up. See above.
- Do you have to be an Account Administrator to upgrade the license?
Activate Studio 2024 Offline
- I assume Offline Activation will go smoothly once the above is complete?
