UNABLE TO LICENSE MY PRODUCT AS ALWAYS

I have been trying for hours to license my Trados copy with so many errors.

I have to say that Trados licensing is always a real fuzz after 20 years working with this program, I always encounter problems for activaiing/deactivating. I am really falling back on my tasks because of the licensing and it is also really difficult to talk to the support team.

I have also consumed all my license attemps and I do not have any more possibilities to reset license, what type of process is this? Please have my reset license attempts to 0 until I can activate the product!


I am very dissapointed with this, I have just paid for a the new 2024 and I cannot use it because of the horrible activation process that we need to do each time with uninstall/install instances instances or buy new products.

Who is going to pay for all the time I am lossing dealing with this?????

Please fix this problem ASAP I need to work, and instead I am dealing with this. Yesterday for two hours and today I could not jet start working because of your desesperating license process:

Error message with red cross icon stating 'Activation failed. Failed to install RMS license string. Error ID: 210150. Open connection settings?' with 'S ' and 'No' buttons.
