After a computer crash (desktop) I reset my license from my laptop (Trados Studio 2024 Freelance Plus). I was able to reactivate Studio 2024 on my desktop but not on my laptop even I should have an extra activation with Freelance plus.
Maybe the system considers the earlier activation on the crashed computer as 'first' and the 'new' activation on the same computer as 'second'? The system says: in use 1 - extra activations in use 1 - extra activations available 0
