Upgrade Studio 2022 - 2024 : error

Hello, 
 I tried to upgrade my license from Trados Studio 2022 Professional (desktop) to Trados Studio 2024 Professional desktop, but I got the following error message : 
 
 This after having problems deactivating online ... 
 Can someone help me ? Thank you very much.
