Problem with activating my subscription

Hello, 

I have recently purchased a Trados Freelance Annual Saver subscription, but when I tr to activate it I get the following error message.

What should I do now?

 Trados Studio 2024 SR1 Product Activation screen showing subscription details. Message in red text states 'Your subscription has expired. To renew it or select a new package, visit your account.'
