Kindly stick to one post and do provide the information I have asked:

Are you receiving any error or did you receive any after sending the packages?

Uninstalling Trados generally does not solve issues, a repair or a reset to default setting may help. 

But can you please provide more information? If there is an error message at all, it would help take us a step forward in identifying the issue.
