PLEASE, HELP! I cannot activate my license Trados 2024.

Question

I get the message "No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code". I NEED HELP. I tried resetting the license, but it didn&acute;t work. I deactivated the previous license (Trados 2022), in the previous device. And then I downloaded the software and executed it in the new device (another computer different that the one where I used Trados 2022). I did all those things, and it doesn&acute;t work. I don&acute;t understand why this has to happen. Please, help me as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
