I guess I formulated all in the title already. It is rather unnerving if your program suddenly decides that the license is not good enough. Overnight. On Sunday. Would be really good to know what happened exactly and how to prevent it from happening again?

I’ve checked our records, and you do indeed have a perpetual license, which means it has no expiration date.
If you see this message again, could you please send me a screenshot so I can investigate further? My initial thought is that it might be an informational notice related to either the cloud subscription that accompanies your perpetual license, or to Language Weaver (which is limited to 6 million characters per year).
Both of these services are included free of charge with a perpetual license, but since they are subscription-based, you may still receive automated renewal notifications — even though the renewal itself is free.
