I am using Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus. I change my PC and I tried to deactivate the license offline from the old one. I selected the Can't deactivate online? - Deactivate offline link and got the deactivation authorization. I opened the Product Activation dialog in Trados Studio, selected the Deactivate offline link, but when I copied the deactivation authorization and pressed the Generate Certificate button, the message was displayed: "Failed to activate offline. The specified deactivation authorization may not be valid. Validate your deactivation authorization against the authorization in your SDL account". So I cannot paste the deactivation certificate under the Offline Deactivation Certification in my SDL account (the activation state for this license is "Deactivation initiated"). Now, I do have an idea what to do next.
