I am Magdalena, from Mexico City.

I have a very big problem and I am looking for someone to help me. 

I will explain the problem. I have a Permanent Studio 2019 license, but in my office they didn't accept it, so I had to buy Trados 2022. On Friday there was a problem at the office and they didn't inform us. When I started working everything was a mess. 

Yesterday I was desperate and I decided to Uninstall Trados 2022, because it had already expired (though I could continue working with it). Then I tried to open 2019, and though I introduced my access code, it was denied.

I tried to restablish my computer to a previous state in time (for example, a point in time three days ago, when everything was mostly OK), and after that, when I try to open 2022, it tells me that "An unexpected error has ocurred while loading the application plug-ins".

Do you think it would be possible for you to help me to open both licenses, please!!!!
