You can install the program from Products and Plans - Downloads. Please wait for 30 minutes before reactivating.

Thank you very much for your help.

I have recovered my licence reset activation code but unfortunately when I submitted it I got a message stating connection failure to the activation server, asking me to check the activation server address in the supplier settings - 403 error sent from the distant server. (I am translating this from the French message I got). 

I have tried this several times and it repeatedly sent this error message.

Would you have any clue as to what is happening?

There is not immediate hurry to solving the issue as I have managed to get the Trados 30-days free trial.

Oh, and of course, I waited for the 30 minutes delay before I attempted submission.
