We're using Trados Studio 2024 with a licence for 3 users.
A migration was done on our computers and the programm was uninstalled, without the licence being deactiveted previously. So I must now reset the licence.
Wenn I click on "Reset Licence" in my RWS Account, however, I'm automatically redirected to the RWS Gateway Portal, without the licence being reset.
Could you help me?
