I upgraded my computer to Windows 11 and reinstalled my copy of Trados Studio 2022. Everything seemed OK. But eversince, every time I open Trados, it asks me to set it up. It keeps asking for my e-mail address, template to use etc.It is becoming extremely irritating and time consuming.
What should I do to resolve the problem?

When did you reinstall? The latest activation shows August 2025.

Elisa Maxim That's the date I reinstalled too. The problem appeared then but I wasn't using Trados much so didn't think a lot about it. I guess I assumed it would go away. I've upped usage this week and it has now become particularly annoying. Many thanks
