Hello, I am currently facing an issue while trying to install SDL MultiTerm 2024 SR1. I originally used Trados Studio 2022, but I upgraded to the 2024 version at the end of 2024, and everything was working fine until I encountered an error with MultiTerm. When I attempted to reinstall it, I found that MultiTerm 2022 was still listed in the Control Panel under Programs, even though I had been using MultiTerm 2024 without issue. Since I thought the older version might be taking up space, I uninstalled MultiTerm 2022 from the Control Panel and attempted to reinstall MultiTerm 2024 SR1. However, during the installation process, the installer window disappears without any error message, and the installation is not completed. To troubleshoot, I also uninstalled and reinstalled Trados 2024, and it installed fine without any issues, and it works properly. However, MultiTerm 2024 SR1 continues to fail. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps without success: Removed previous versions of MultiTerm. Cleaned up all the related files from AppData and ProgramData. Cleared the registry keys associated with MultiTerm. Rebooted the system and tried again with admin rights. Log Files: Below are some of the relevant logs I encountered during the installation attempt: Verbose Log: MSI (c) (F4:7C) [ 17 :09:42:334 ] : Font created.
