I need help to log a support ticket. My SDL Trados Studio 2022 is not working. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but it is not working. I need support for remote deactivation and reactivation. I have renamed the BaseSettings.xml, Plugincache.xml, UserSettings.xml and restarted; however, the problem still persists. The following message appears: SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 Setup did not complete. The error is: Setup has detected a different version of this product already installed.. If you still wish to remove or repair that version, you must use that version's installer.
I have tried all troubleshooting options unsuccessfully and need support for a remote solution.
I need help please.
