Hello,
An attempt to deactivate my licence online results in an error message indicating that retrieving the licence has failed. Error ID shown: 125.
Attempting to deactivate the licence offline results in error message indicating, that the deactivation has failed.
Could someone please provide some information how to fix the problem?
