I installed my existing liscene of studio 2017 on my new computer after resetting my liscene in my RWA account.
I need to get the code for activating, however the "plus sign" does not appear next to my product in my account. this is the screen i'm getting. according to support material i should have had a plus sign next to my lisence to get the code. but it dos not appear. can you please help?
The activation code is the long number in the image you posted. In the future please avoid posting this on a public forum, as it is confidential information.

thank you, didn't realize that... the long number does not work as a code. tried other activation options but i need an ID which i don't know how to get either. so evern when tring offline activation i can't. tried to login to trados studio in order to activate from the studio, not working either
