I have downloaded Passolo and have an activation code in Trados License Server Manager. However, when trying to open Passolo, I always get error 7673672:

Via a remote session we managed to solve the issue by the following:
Go to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\NetworkLicensingServer\2 and rename the "2" folder to "2_old".
Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Thales\Sentinel RMS License Manager\WinNT and rename the file lservrc to lservrc_old
This is done to reset the license information from Trados LSM.
We then done a reset on your license
We activated again in LSM the license and then we checked in the SafeNet Manager under Subservers if the license is activated properly
It was activated correctly so then we opened Passolo with Admin rights and then activated via the License server name.
Passolo is running smoothly now. The issue seems to be that the license was not activated properly since we did not see it in SafeNet Manager under Subservers.
