Reset License limitation exceeded, unable to log a case

Question

Hi, 
 As per the following message, I have exceed the number of license resetting options: 
 " You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available. If you are having issues with your license and need further help please click here to log a request with the support team." 
 I had to restore the OS unexpectedly and I am not able to log a case in order to recover my license code to active Studio 2021. Could you please help me activating Studio again?
