SDL Trados 2021 Freelance Edition Activating issues

Hi All,

after a crash of my PC I need to reactivate my perpetual license, but I'm facing some issues.

After solving my PC problems, I reinstalled Trados software and tried to reactivate it, but it seems that in My RWS account, the software license status is still "available" instead of "In Use".

Could you please help me to solve this issue?
