Hello, I have deactivated my Trados Studio 2019 Freelance licence and am trying to activate it on my new laptop with Windows 11 operation system. I have tried online activation, but the app returns 'Activation failed ... The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.' I have then tried offline activation, but when I enter the activation code, the app returns 'The requested service is not available: Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService.' Please help. Thank you.
