I am switching to a new computer, after several years. I have separate licenses for both Studio 17 and Studio 2021. I want to deactivate these licenses, install the software on my new PC and activate the licenses on the new computer. I cannot seem to deactivate online or offline or using the product activation wizard in the program.
I DO NOT want to upgrade. I am planning to retire within a year and do not want to do anything except continue using 17 and 21 that I bought and paid for.
Can anyone help, please?
