Studio 2022 not opening on new laptop (Acer - Windows 11)

I have an issue that I hope you can help me with. 

Studio will not open on my new machine. 

I have deactivated the license from the old machine.  Then, on the new machine, I went  to My account > Download Studio, and the installation was successful. 

When I click to open Studio, this comes on for 3-4 seconds, then everything disappear.

(I see that the program is automatically saved in C:\Program Files (x86), and nothing appear in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local or C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming.)

I tried the Repair tool and the renaming of folder Studio17 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17_old) options, open as Administrator, but it has not fixed the problem. (I also uninstalled Studio, restarted the new computer but still nothing has worked.)

Could you help me figure out what I am doing wrong?

(From reading other posts on the subject, I have the same issue as the one reported in April 2025 and logged under Support Case Id : CS0008374 which is without a published solution.)
