I am having ongoing problems with Studio 2019 Activation - Despite Numerous Licence Resets

Hi, 
 I have been having ongoing issues with my Studio 2019 loading over the past year. It continues to cause disruption to the business and I am having to use alternative CAT tools. 
 The licence has been reset 5 times and uninstalled and re-installed numerous times. 
 I can't activate it using my activation key and the offline activation doesn't work either. It's an absolute pain in the arse, not knowing whether it will load properly every time I want to use it. 
 There must be some underlying cause to this - I don't want to buy a new licence as it looks like I will have the same problems as there are so many threads on here with the same issues. Surely RWS must be able to supply a stable product? 
 Any help gratefully received.

Hi Chris Barella , 
 If you are using Windows 11 then yes, there may be issues with Trados 2019, as Trados 2019 has not been tested on Windows11, so this may explain the difficulties you encounter. 
 Engineering and technical support for Trados Studio 2019 and MultiTerm Desktop 2019 ended on December 31, 2022 . This means that after that date, we no longer tested or released any updated for Trados 2019. 
 As you can verify here, in the operating systems and versions of Trados compatibility table, Windows 11 is not a tested system:

 Also, for Trados 2019 it is recommended to use offline activation and deactivation, it works better for this older edition. 
 I am going to open a case to have the license reset, and since you are on Win11 - try this workaround: 
 In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test). 
 Then, after the license is reset by the technical team (I am opening a case in a moment), try offline activation
