Re-activating Trados License Server after License Expiry - Request for Permission Ticket

Context:
I have two PCs:

  1. Server PC (no internet connection initially) – where I have installed the Trados License Server.

  2. Client PC (local connection to the Server) – where I have installed Trados Studio.

Around a month ago, I installed the Trados License Manager on the Server PC using the offline activation method as per the guidelines found here: Activating a Network License with Trados License Manager Offline.

At that time, the license was only valid for 30 days because I was waiting for payment to be completed. After the 30-day period, the license expired. Now that I have completed the payment, I need to reactivate the license.

What I Have Tried:

  • I attempted to activate the license online (The Server PC now has an internet connection) using the activation code via the following link: Trados License Manager Activation, but I am unable to reactivate the license.

Solution Consideration:
I believe I need to remove the network license from the Trados License Manager offline and obtain a *.txt file representing the Permission Ticket.
I followed the guidance here:
Removing a Network License from Trados License Manager Offline.

Could you please provide me with the Permission Ticket file (.txt)?

Product Information:

  • Trados Studio: 18.1.2.6370

  • Trados License Manager: 18.0.179

  • Operating System: Windows Server 2019

Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.
