I’m contacting you regarding my Trados Studio 2022 Freelance license.
Some time ago, I had the same issue — the software suddenly lost activation, and the system showed that the license was “already in use.” At that time, I worked with your team to reset the license manually using the Wechoid file, and everything worked perfectly afterwards.
However, earlier today my Windows system seems to have performed an automatic update, and the same problem occurred again. My Trados Studio now shows “Trial expired”, and my license appears “in use” on my RWS account.
Since I’ve already used the 3 available online resets, could you please manually reset my license again or issue a new activation certificate?
