Impossible de démarrer le service "Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService - Trados Studio 2024

Question

Hi everybody, 
 I can no more open Trados Studio 2024 since I have one error message since I have tried to download plugin of automated translation : Impossible de d&eacute;marrer le service "Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService". 
 I have followed Workaround 1 ( https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sys_kb_id=b24f61e983466690396947426daad39d&spa=1 ) but it did not solve the problem. 
 I would like to follow Workaround 2 but I cannot since the xml files are not in Studio18 folder even with unhidden folders showed. 
 Can anyone help me?
