I have recently switched to a new PC and need to transfer my Trados Studio 2017 license from my old installation to the new one.
However, I am unable to deactivate the license on my old system using the provided options.
Could you please assist me by deactivating the license on your end? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
P.S.: My purchase history does not appear in the Downloads or Licenses & Subscriptions tab on this website. (Maybe this is because I changed the former email account (user ID) to a new one a few years ago)
I have a spreadsheet file of my license information provided from a previous Support Case to assist with deactivating my old installation.
