Hello, I bought the Subscription for Trados over five years ago. When I signed into the cloud today, I saw a message stating that the expiry date is "02 Nov 2025". My understanding is that the cloud and the Subscription are for a lifetime, correct? I am so confused and would appreciate some clarification. Thank you in advance.
