Hello, I keep receiving an error message when I try to install Studio 2019 on my new Windows 11 laptop. Can anybody please help?
The error reads:
An error occurred and the program was aborted. You can try running the program again but if the same problem repeats, please generate a debug log (usually found in
C:\ProgramData\SDL\Chainer\logs) and contact technical support

The version of suite "TranslationStudio2019" must be of the form x.y.z.

If you have Windows 11 try the following steps:
In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
Then try offline activation
