Problem with transferring Trados Studio 2022 to new computer: Can't find license in my RWS account

Hi! I am trying to transfer Trados Studio 2022 to a new computer. Following the instructions, I deactivated the license on the old computer. Then I'm supposed to log in to my RWS Account and find the license under Licenses and Subscriptions. But it says, "No data: You have no licenses". This is not true, I have a perpetual license for Trados Studio 2022. What am I to do? How can I re-activate the license on my new computer?
