Good afternoon, I had Trados 2021 with licence

on a different computer which I had to reset completely, erasing all data. I would like to deactivate my Trados 2021 licence from that computer and reactivate it on the new computer where I have downloaded the software. I received a ticket to deactive it offline but I don't know how to use it. Can you please help me?
Since you have a Plus license, you still have an activation available to use:
After you use this activation, you can Reset the other instance, it will appear as the oldest activation so it would not be difficult to select the correct one to reset.
Since you indicated that the old computer had to be reset completely, you cannot deactivate Trados there, as erasing data erased Trados too.
