Deactivation of licenses does not work

Dear Support Team,

We would like to deactivate 2 of our Trados Studio licenses via our license server. When we tried this, we receive the following error message:

Error message in SDL License Manager: Provider error occurred, code: 0. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

May I ask you to help us with solving this issue?
