struggling to make Studio 2024 working

Question

Hello, 
 I activated my license today, RWS account says it is activated but Studio asks for activation and I used up my "reset license" options. 
 I have a Plus edition and both licenses are "in use" status, so I am not able to deactivate any license myself now or to reset licenses. 
 I have had the same issue since I installed Studio 2024 on my new laptop. I have no other devices with Studio installation now. 
 Can you, please, advice how to proceed. I really would need to use my Studio 2024.
