Unable to log in my RWS account to deactivate my SDL Trados 2017 Freelance License

Hello,

The good old way of logging in my personal account is no longer available for me.

All my attempts to log in (after entering Username and Password) ended with following message:

Browser window showing an error message: 'The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.' The URL in the address bar is oos.sdl.comaspproductssslaccountLogin.aspx.

I wanted deactivate my license and reactivate it in another PC. Could you, please, tell me how can I do it now?
