Deactivation of Passolo 2016 Professional License went wrong. "Reset License" not working.

Hello,

The deactivation of both our Passolo 2016 Professional licenses did not work correctly.

They are deactivated locally, but in my RWS account they still appear as active.

The "Reset License" button in the license overview of my account does not work.

When I click it, I am redirected to this page: "">gateway.rws.com/csm instead of being able to reset the licenses.

Could you please help?
