Re-activation of Trados Studio 2024 not possible. After a fatal error of my new Windows 11 system the system was restored to an earlier state when Trados Studio 2024 has not yet been installed. Because of the system error Trados couldn't have been correctly deactivated. Today I reinstalled Trados Studio 2024 on my new PC but I could not (re-)activate the product (obviously because it has not been deactivated. I tried an offline deactivation, but this failed. Please see screenshot. Thanks for your support.
