Deactivation of SDL license

Dear Sirs,

I trust that this finds you well. On 30th September 2022, I upgraded my SDL Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus version and acquired 2 licenses.

I had previously installed both licenses, and they worked perfectly. Currently, it is working well on this computer, but when I install it on the second computer, SDL Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus is no longer working. On the other hand, I installed the 2017 and 2019 versions, and they work on trial. How can I locate the second license and install it to be able to successfully use both licenses? 
I am unable to locate the second license and request your support in locating it. Kindly assist me in fixing this matter.
