License reset request for SDL Trados Studio 2019 (403 error)

Hello RWS Support Team,

I am unable to deactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance license on my old computer.
When I try to deactivate it, I receive this error message:
“403 Forbidden – Could not connect to the activation server.”

Please help me reset my license so that I can activate it on my new computer.

Here are my details:
- Product: SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 Freelance
- Activation code: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
