Problem with reactivation of license

Dear colleagues,

I urgently need your help. I encountered a problem with my computer and had to reinstall the operating system, after which I reinstalled Trados as well. Unfortunately, I had no opportunity to deactivate my license in advance — such issues are hard to anticipate.

Now I’m unable to reactivate my Trados license, and I can’t find clear information on how to proceed. Could you please assist me in reactivating or resetting my license?
