Hello,
I have SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus SR2 and had a sudden computer crash which caused me to reformat my hard drive and reload Windowa and all of my programmes. I now cannot reset my licence either online or offlinne.
I need to reset and reactivate at least one of my two licence.
Help! Please!.
